Business Telephone System Training And Support

Administrative training is done with select staff who have responsibility for the programming and functioning of the phone system. We can expand on their existing knowledge or train new managers on the system software, hardware and diagnostic tools that will enable them to make simple moves, adds and changes and also to troubleshoot and resolve many issues.

User training is for the phone users who need to customize their phones so they can do their specific job more efficiently. They will be instructed in making simple changes to their extension only, within the guidelines that you set.
